Everyone has a story to tell. This is a workshop on finding the voice that lets that story flow.
Two-hour workshop on short form storytelling (1-2 pages) for fiction and nonfiction. The focus is on how we tell stories and what voice gives us wings and gets us there. We’ll look at some great examples, then you’ll have time to generate your own work. Those comfortable will share for a group discussion, with an emphasis on positive feedback. The goal: everyone goes home with a 1-2 page piece of writing in their own, unique, wonderful voice.
Bring whatever writing material you need (notebooks, laptops), as well as a drink if you’d like (no alcohol please). Water provided.
Small donation appreciated for use of the space.
